Members and Non-Members may request to reserve a room or meeting space at Trinity Episcopal Church. Priority will be given to Church events and classes. Click here to read Trinity Episcopal Church’s Room Reservation Policies and Procedures. 

Fees: Fees are determined at the time of booking with final decision by the Rector. Trinity Episcopal Church does not charge a facility fee to members of Trinity and/or non-profits. However if it deems we will have to pay someone to open or lock up for evening or weekend events, the fee may be $25. Also, if it deems necessary that we have to have someone clean and put away dishes after your event, a fee may be requested.

If you have news or information that our parish should know about, please sent it to us for inclusion in our newsletters and bulletins. Email is the best way to do this. You can put your information in the body of the email, or send it as an attachment in a Word document.

Is your family information up to date and correct? Here is your chance to update your listing in our church directory!

Here are a few ways you can update your information:

1. Click here which will allow you to update your information online (this will only work if you use the email that is associated with your information in the current directory).

2. Contact to be emailed a direct link.

3. Complete a paper form which will be available the next few Sundays in the bulletin or click here to download the form to print and complete at home. Then email or bring the form to the church office.

PLEASE include as much information as possible, we would love to have birthdays (including year), grades/ages for all kids, and even emergency contacts!
