This is the place to request announcements, website posts or calendar submission, events, social media posts, or any other Trinity-related communications. You must submit this request no LESS THAN THREE WEEKS prior to your event/class. If you have more questions about when your information will go out, feel free to contact Bethany Kelly, . Your request will then, be approved, modified and/or more information requested for the promotion of your event/program.
Members and non-members may request to reserve a room or meeting space at Trinity Episcopal Church. Priority is given to events and classes hosted by Trinity. Click here for Trinity's Facility Policies and Procedures.
Fees are determined and due at the time of booking with the final decision by the Rector. Trinity Episcopal Church does not charge a facility fee to non-profits. Trinity members will have a minimal fee. However, if it deems we will have to pay someone to open or lock up for evening or weekend events, or arrange cleaning, there may be a small fee. For-profits and non-members may be charged a fee. Refer to the Facility Policies and Procedures.
